山㟁直人 やまぎしなおと
ドラム、打楽器奏者。音楽以前の音楽を探求し、日常からの音や流れから生じる“リズム・響き・間”を大きなうねりにのせ、あらゆる空間を音と共に旅をする。1 3才の頃からドラムを始める。ドラムを阿部拓也氏に師事。2011年、フランスのレンヌに移住。ヨーロッパでの活動を経て2014年に帰国。国内外、ジャンルを問わず様々なアーティスト（ミュージシャン、ダンサー、詩人、写真家、書道家、華道家、画家、メディアアーティストなど）と共演し、現在はソロやグループ、またサポートドラマーとして活動中。主なグループやプロジェクトに'松樹'(書道家 白石雪妃、華道家 塚越応駿、琵琶奏者 藤高理恵子とのプロジェクト)、'En Route' (画家上田暁子とのプロジェクト)、'GARBAAAGE' (Lauri Hyvärinen / Finland, とのデュオ)、'在る' (ダンサー細川麻実子とのプロジェクト)など他にも多数。これまでにフランス、スイス、オーストリア、ドイツ、ベルギー、ポルトガル、スペイン、フィンランド、スウェーデン、イタリア、オーストラリア、カナダ、台湾、インドネシアなどをツアーし、HORS PISTES TOKYO 2011 /HORS PISTES PARIS 2012、Varembert music festival 2011(Caen,France)、Regensburger Tanztage 2011(Regensburger,Germany)、Les art à Gahard 2013(Gahard,France)、CLOCKSTOP FEST_NOCI 2015(Noci, Italy)、MUARASUARA 2019(Samarinda,Indonesia)など多数のフェスティバルに出演し好評を得る。2020年には自主レーベルヤブキレコードを設立。また、帰国した2014年にはコレクティブ響むを立ち上げ海外のアーティストを積極的に日本に招致し、日本でのコンサートやツアーのオーガナイズも行なっている。2023年4月〜6月 Artist in Residence Munich Villa Waldberta にミュンヘン市文化庁から奨学生として招聘された。
Naoto Yamagishi
Naoto is in search of music before its word and concept were formally defined. A music free from formal constraints, travelling between places with flowing motions and sounds initiating from daily life – its rhythms, sonority and space.
Naoto started drumming at the age of 13 and studied under Takuya Abe in Japan.
He collaborates with various artists regardless of genres – musicians, dancers, poet, photographers, calligraphers, Ikebana the Japanese flower arrangement artist and media artists – from Japan and overseas. His major projects include
‘Shoju’ (松樹) with a Japanese calligrapher Setsuhi Shiraishi, an Ikebana flower arrangement artist Oshun Tsukagoshi and Biwa player Rieko Fujitaka, ‘En Route’ with a painter Akiko Ueda, ‘usva’ with Lauri Hyvärinen / guitar & Jone Takamäki / wind instruments ( Finland ) , ‘Aru’ with a dancer Mamiko Hosokawa, and more.
In 2018, he founded the collective Toyomu based in Saitama pref, is organising the concert series in Tokyo and the tour in Japan for the artits overseas. And he founded a label "Yabuki Records" in 2020.
